You may opt in to receive text messages from ReactionGears by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at reactiongears.com. By checking this box and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from ReactionGears at the phone number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message Types and Frequency
Messages may include project updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups to your inquiries, and general business communications. Message frequency varies but is typically 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. No Sharing of Mobile Information
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through SMS messaging with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials on the ReactionGears website are the property of ReactionGears and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReactionGears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
