Engineering Manager with twenty years of experience across Advertising, Gaming, Financial, E-Commerce, and Web. I've worked on teams at industry leaders including Microsoft, AcTiVision, FabFitFun, and Ylopo, helping transform businesses and build products that users love.

During my four-year tenure at FabFitFun, I contributed to their growth into a $600 million business. More recently at Ylopo, I reorganized staff, eliminated financial waste, and significantly improved developer productivity and happiness.

After years of building, I've dedicated myself to mentoring newer engineers and being the leader I always wished I had. My passion lies in fostering team collaboration, promoting education, and serving as a technical bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams.

I still very much love to code and write applications on my own or to put my shoulder with my team when they need an extra hand. Maintaining hands-on skills keeps me connected to the technical challenges my teams face.
